Windows 7 problems

Usually the following link has been the solution to it:
The Fix
(I apologize for the problems created by the language of that picture. I tried to point out the translations about the important steps though.)
NOTE: It is said, that NoxManager setups this setup for you (instead that you manually setup stuff) when you run NoX through it.
In other words: If you use an executable called NoxManager, you can start NoX from that executable WITHOUT MANUALLY setting your NoX.
But I had further problems with NoX (before starting to use the UniMod NoX).
I couldn't play NoX, because it complained about my colour settings.
That means I needed to setup that too.
