Protective Enchantment

Which one of the following Protective Enchantment you enjoy the most, or which one is the most useful one?

- Fire Protection
- Lightning Protection
- Poison Protection
- Regeneration

(I guess that Vampirism is not a protective Enchantment?)

I would say that Fire Protection is the most useful one, since without it, one can take you down with one Fireball in the late Stages of Quest (it also helps against Player Fireballs in Arena).
Lightning is the second one, since it's still more useful than Poison and Regeneration, but lesser needed than Fire Protection, since you still have time to run off if someone is zapping you.
I don't know, which one is better, Poison Protection or Regeneration.

I prefer regeneration, as I like green.
